NOSVC+ Facebook Connect

NOSVC is now testing Facebook Connect a service that allows an open or shared registration between sites using an API (application program interface). This should prevent you from having to register for an account or remember a password here – you will only need your Facebook account to be recognized by us. I know one of the deterrents to joining a new site is having to create, use and ultimately remember a new account name and password. As soon as it becomes more difficult than it should be we walk away. I know a lot of people are visiting NOSVC and not leaving comments or feedback – likely because it is just as easy to not do so as it is to register for a new account to do so. We hope connecting to NOSVC just got easier and hope the interaction with Facebook works well for everyone.
