“Google Wave is an online tool for real-time communication and collaboration. A wave can be both a conversation and a document where people can discuss and work together using richly formatted text, photos, videos, maps, and more.”
So far Google Wave is in preview mode and as such is invite only. It has been interesting to use but not terribly useful. I think it may have more business applications than not and is really more of a ramped up chat room than the email replacement I had thought they were going for. Not to say it is bad or that I have used it as thoroughly as I may have if other people were on it as well.
If you are already using Wave let me know what you like, dislike or have found to be particularly useful in the comments.
Want to Wave? Shoot me an email and I’ll invite you. I have about 20 invites left and would be more than happy to share.

I agree. Wave is not an e-mail replacement. TrulyMail is an email replacement but Wave is, as you said, more of a ramped up chat-room (and a pretty good one at that).
