    It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia

I know – the show started sometime in 2005 and yet here I am 5 years later talking about what some of you already knew about and think has jumped the shark. Don’t care.

This show is probably as close to a show that I could write as anything out there.  It is funny and all the characters are oddly familiar – some even remind me of people I know.  Sure the stories are exaggerated but then what story has even been told after a beer or three that wasn’t?  Truth be told this may be the most accurate representation of people in their late 20′s to early 30′s that exists on television that isn’t HBO or Showtime.

Promo to the right is old and one I had never seen until I went fishing on YouTube for something to fill up space here.  It is good representation of the show and something that I probably would have seen if I knew what channel FX was on TWC.

So far we’ve watched most of the first 4 seasons since Christmas and speaking of Christmas the Christmas special just came in the mail last week.  So we have something to watch after Season 4 and until I get the DVR set to stun.

File this under the best show you aren’t watching if you haven’t seen it and feel free to bust out the library card and borrow the DVDs from C and I if you want to catch up.  I think you can find most some of the episodes on Hulu as well if you are bored at work.
