Day man! Ahahaa!!
Fighter of the night man. Champion of the sun.
You’re a master of karate and friendship for everyone!
If you haven’t been living at my house watching the old seasons of Always Sunny in Philadelphia this may not be as funny and it may not get stuck in your head. That’s ok – if this blog wanted people to read and enjoy it would locate a better author. To the right is end of the live version of the musical inside the series titled “The Night Man Cometh” being performed live at Tower Theater in Philadelphia last September.
With near-pedophilia overtones (Baby Boy), a “rape” scene with Danny Devito (Frank) dressed as a troll (You gotta pay the troll toll, if you wanna get in that boy’s hole), and the catchy “Day Man” finale this might be one of the better musicals ever written. (To be fair read that as one of the better musicals ever written in the context of a sitcom and performed live.)
I thought we had missed the tour completely but a little research shows that the tour has added a date on February 12th in Universal City, CA with Family Guy Live as a fund raiser for Haiti.
Hmmmmmmm… I guess the question is would buying tickets and heading to California in February count as a Valentine’s Day present?
