Looking at the details on this one. Looks like we will all need to sign up for “Space Race 2012″ online. From there 1,000 contestants will be chosen at random to create one-minute videos elaborating on why they should be chosen as a space tourist. (Paging resident videographers – please be on the ready for this one.) The best of the video entrants will undergo a fitness test before the winner is chosen. Not sure how a Lego version of the Space Needle plays into all of this but for this site it really seemed to make sense.
I really want to get someone associated with NOSVC in at least the final 1,000. I’d really like to go to space personally but if the other option is to have someone taking pictures are reporting back here that would be awesome as well. We’ll keep you posted when to apply and even make a guest appearance in your video if you make it further than I do. Need more info?
